What types of cleaning services do you offer?
We offer a wide range of services including residential cleaning, commercial/office cleaning, move-in/move-out cleaning, deep cleaning, and recurring maintenance cleanings (weekly, biweekly, monthly). We also offer customized cleaning packages to suit your unique needs.
Do I need to provide any cleaning supplies or equipment?
Nope! We bring all the necessary supplies and equipment. However, if you have specific products you prefer us to use (such as eco-friendly or allergy-sensitive cleaners), we’re happy to accommodate your request.
How do I book a cleaning appointment?
You can book online through our website, give us a call, or send us an email. We make scheduling easy and flexible to fit your availability.
What is your cancellation policy?
We kindly ask for at least 24 hours’ notice for cancellations or rescheduling. Late cancellations may be subject to a fee, as we reserve time specifically for you.
Do I need to be home during the cleaning?
Not at all — it’s entirely up to you! Many of our clients provide access instructions and return to a freshly cleaned space. We’re fully insured, trustworhy, and professional.
How long will the cleaning take?
It depends on the size of your space and the type of service requested. Standard cleanings usually take a minimum of 2 hours, while deep cleanings or larger properties may take 4 hours and up. We’ll give you an estimated timeframe before we begin services and base pricing on the size of the space we clean.
What’s included in a standard cleaning?
Our standard cleaning includes dusting, vacuuming, mopping, kitchen and bathroom cleaning, surface wipe-downs, and trash removal. We focus on high-traffic areas and visible surfaces to keep your space fresh and tidy.
What’s the difference between standard and deep cleaning?
Standard cleaning is maintenance-focused, while deep cleaning is more detailed. Deep cleaning includes baseboards, inside appliances, heavy buildup removal, and hard-to-reach areas. It’s ideal for first-time services or seasonal cleanups.
Are your cleaning products pet-safe?
Yes! We use non-toxic, pet-friendly products whenever possible. Let us know if you have pets at home so we can ensure their safety and comfort during the cleaning.
How much do your services cost?
Pricing depends on the size of your space, the type of service, and frequency. We offer free estimates and transparent, competitive rates with no hidden fees.
